ISPARTAKULE

A giant project that will come into existence just near Bahçeşehir, most favorite settlement area of İstanbul, consisting of 6.000 houses with 60.000 square meters building area and 500.000 square meters natural life area.

Ispartakule addresses many need and liking with its 9 block types changing between 8 and 15 storeys and 30 different apartment alternatives from 66 m² to 244 m². In the project which will be completed at the end of 2009, 10 plots will be designated for houses while 3 plots will accommodate shopping and entertainment centers.

In Ispartakule , which is being constructed uttermost resistant to earthquake due to raft foundation tunnel moulding system, security, social life and sports activities were thought down to the deepest detail. Direct connection from TEM with private viaduct and easy transportation from new Ispartakule toll booths are among other advantages of Ispartakule .

Sceneries of Marmara Sea and Küçükçekmece Lake in a very green area far from traffic and chaos… A life club that has been thought with all details…
