MISSTANBUL EVLERİ

The project located at İkitelli, that takes place near the top at housing and social facility investments of İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality, will be a total center of attraction due to its closeness to the Airport and Atatürk Olympic Stadium and TEM highway connections.

Construction of 936 houses is being planned in Misstanbul Evleri Project, which will be actualized on a land of 101 thousand square meters. In Misstanbul Evleri, where a secure, peaceful and dynamical life space is offered, comfort and the high quality are also among outstanding characteristics.

In this project, where it is planned to build 4 types of 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 houses in different square meters, also the easy of transportation is creating a great privilege. All of the houses within the project are being constructed on a ground with Thrace formation, being ground surveys are made and with tunnel moulding system resistant to earthquake.
