DONATION AND AID POLICY

- The Company may make donations and aids within the framework of the Capital Market Law and Article 6 of the Articles of Association, with an understanding of social responsibility that prioritizes people, the environment and public sensitivity.

- Donations and aids can be given to Public Institutions and Organizations, Foundations, Associations, etc. that are beneficial to the society and the environment, in a way that does not hinder the Company's own purpose and subject. It can be made to NGOs, disaster relief committees, disaster areas and people in need, in cash or in kind, or by other methods allowed by the legislation.

- The upper limit of donations and aids to be made within an accounting period is determined by the recommendation of the Board of Directors and by being decided at the ordinary General Assembly meeting of that year. Donations exceeding the limit determined by the General Assembly cannot be made.

- The amount of donations and aids made is added to the distributable profit base calculated within the framework of the Capital Markets Law and is submitted to the information of the shareholders in the following General Assembly within the relevant period.

- The donations and aids to be made must not be inconsistent with the disguised earnings transfer regulations of the Capital Markets Law.

- The donations and payments to be made by the decision of the Board of Directors are announced to the public in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board regarding the public disclosure of special events.
