  • Dr. Hakan AKBULUT Board Member Public Administration

 

Hakan Akbulut was born in Ardahan in 1966.

1988 : Mr.Akbulut graduated from the Public Administration Program at Uludağ University.

2003 - 2010 : At Emlak Konut REIC, Mr. Akbulut worked as the Financing and Portfolio Manager.

2010 - 2016 : The Assistant General Manager in the Financial and Administrative Affairs Department

2016 - 2019 : The Assistant General Manager in the Finance Department.

Mr. Akbulut has a work experience in Management, Capital Market Legislation, Financial Legislation and Accounting, National and International Banking Affairs, and International Mutual Funds. Thanks to his experience in the public and private sector, Mr.Akbulut was appointed the Vice Chairman of TOKİ on April 29, 2019.

Mr. Akbulut has advanced-level certifications in Public Accounting, Real Estate Appraisal and Capital Markets Board. In addition, Mr.Akbulut knows fluent English and Arabic at an intermediate level.

2018 : Mr.Akbulut received his master’s degree in Urban Transformation from the Okan University Institute of Science.

2023 : Mr.Akbulut completed his doctorate at Okan University, Social Sciences Institute, Department of Business Administration in 2023.

Hakan Akbulut is married and has three children.
