Constructed by Tahincioğlu Küçükyalı Joint Venture Ordinary Partnership, Nidapark Küçükyalı consists of 1,159 houses, 769 offices and 82 stores. In the project, Sedef phase offers 63 to 78 square-meter 1+1 apartments and 90 to 106.9 square-meter 2+1 apartments; Heybeli phase offers 59.9 to 72 square-meter 1+1 apartments; Kınalı phase offers 106.5 to 148.4 square-meter 2+1 apartments ; and Burgaz phase offers 107 to 149 square-meter 2+1 , 158.8 to 178 square-meter 3+1 ; and 246 square-meter 4+1 apartments.
