BÜYÜKYALI

Büyükyalı, a world-class, “new urban” project is implemented on Istanbul’s Kazlıçeşme coastal road by Özak REIC, Ziylan Gayrimenkul, and Yenigün İnşaat with Emlak Konut REIC’s assurance on Istanbul's Kazlıçeşme coastal road. Büyükyalı focuses on the “human” and “good life” concepts and aims to offer “a good life” to its residents and visitors in every sense. It brings together values such as comfort for pedestrians, a traditional neighborhood culture, colorful social life, cultural diversity, quality, sustainability while supporting this vision with a new urban approach.

Rising on an 111-decare land, Büyükyalı project will offer 452 units for sale in September as part of its first phase. 2019 will mark the beginning of the life in Büyükyalı, the architecture of which is designed by Chapman Taylor, the British architectural company recognized with over 200 international awards.

The project has houses with different concepts and sizes. Also, commercial, art, cultural, and social facilities contain rentable social areas which can accommodate children’s areas.

Büyükyalı is located in Kazlıçeşme, which has seen a high value increase with its changing silhouette thanks to branded projects and state investment. It attracts attention with its high investment potential. The region hosts quality sports centers, school, and universities, and continues to develop and maintain its investment appeal with new housing, marina, shopping mall, hospital and infrastructure projects.

At the center of all transportation hubs in the city, Büyükyalı also enjoys marine and other transportation means. Located close to the historical peninsula and along the Marmara Sea, Büyükyalı will benefit from all the land and rail system alternatives as well particularly sea taxi. The Eurasia Tunnel, which will enable motor vehicles to travel between Istanbul's European and Asian sides through a tube passage will be added to the transportation means which offer the Marmaray, the suburban line, an eight-lane coastal road, and sea transportation together.

The land where Büyükyalı will rise was used as a tank maintenance workshop by the military in the past. Also, it has structures dating back to before 1990 - registered as “relics” by the Minister of Culture and Tourism in 1985. These buildings are planned to be used as culture and art center, exhibition area, museum, kids’ club, dining area, and fashion-art studios. The historical structures will add an urban texture to Büyükyalı and become a part of everyday life with historic structures, and cultural and social activities which will revive them.
