KÖY ZEKERİYAKÖY 2. STAGE

The Project realized by Siyahkalem on 467 thousand square meters area in Zekeriyaköy, Istanbul with the assurance of Emlak Konut REIT, was designed by Hopkins Architects, the world-renowned and award-winning British architectural group. Simple as a village, stylish as a city, KÖY Zekeriyaköy, offering cozy homes, has various types and sizes of housing options from 1+1 to 6+1. The project offers restaurants, entertaining and shopping centers in addition to 1.167 residences on an area of 15.000m2 in ÇarşıKÖY and a natural coppice forest on 118.000m2. The project will mainly offer 3+1 type 195m2 gross double duplexes.
