QUALITY GOALS
- To comply with and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Customer Satisfaction Management Systems),
- To closely follow and implement domestic and international developments and innovations in the sector,
- Keeping possible occupational accidents and environmental hazards at “0” (zero) or at a minimum level within a year,
- Considering the social values and the preferences and expectations of the customers and producing solutions related to them,
- Conducting surveys at regular intervals every year to measure customer satisfaction,
- To ensure that customer complaints are less for each year compared to the previous year's data,,
- To provide at least 20 hours of training and seminars per year to each personnel in order to encourage the personnel to increase their knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as their creativity and awareness,
- Organizing social events to keep the unity between the staff strong,
- To conduct a survey every year to determine the satisfaction, wishes and expectations of the personnel, to provide the requests and expectations, if any, within the framework of the Company's possibilities,
- To hold one-on-one and/or collective meetings and meetings with at least 200 investors/analysts/fund managers at home and abroad,
- Being an important participant in almost all of the world's most important real estate fairs and organizing promotional meetings and events for sales abroad,
- To reach the numerical values determined for each year, regarding the realization of construction construction tender, independent section sales and profit targets,
- To maintain our leading position in Yurtiçi Real Estate Investment Trusts and to further our position abroad, especially in the EMEA region,
